Court is held the first and third Monday of each month at 4:30 PM with the exception of City recognized Holidays.

Traffic, Misdemeanor or Local Ordinance Citations

If you have received a ticket/citation within the city limits of Ringgold you may pay it on or before the court date listed on the ticket/citation or appear in court on the court date listed. If you fail to pay your fine or appear in court, your citation will be forwarded to the State of Georgia for suspension of your driver’s license and/or a bench warrant will be issued for Failure to Appear. Some tickets/citations are for a mandatory appearance violations and require you to appear in court. Call City Hall to find out the amount of the fine for your ticket/citation.

Methods of paying a fine:

In person at City Hall
By mail (please include ticket number on check or money order)
By phone with debit/credit card (3% fee added)

(Checks/Money Orders should be made payable to the City of Ringgold. A $30.00 fee will be added to all returned checks and reported to the State for suspension of driver’s license and/or bench warrant if not paid)

All tickets/citations issued to persons age 16 or younger will be forwarded to the Catoosa County Juvenile Court.
