The City of Ringgold is now accepting applications for a Customer Service Representative position.  This is a full-time position with benefits after a ninety (90) day probation period. 

Duties include:
Answering the phone, taking payments, typing, filing, heavy organizational skills, booking city facilities for the public and all forms of communication.

Education:
Associates degree in business administration or a related field preferred or have a strong professional customer service background.

Depot Custodian
(On-Call; Early Mornings, Nights & Weekends)
Posting Date - 4/23/14

The City of Ringgold is now accepting applications for a Depot Custodian position.  This is a part-time position (29 hours/week; no benefits).

Responsibilities: 
Applicants will be required to move, set up, and position tables, chairs and other equipment before and after events at the Depot.  Applicants will be responsible for inspection and cleaning of Depot facilities after events including sweeping, mopping, and other custodial work. Applicants will be required to set-up, adjust and operate basic audio/visual equipment such as speakers and DVD players and projectors.

Prospective applicants should:
Have a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, early morning)
Be willing to work independently and prioritize tasks
Be able to meet scheduled appointments and plan ahead

Requirements:
Work requires moderate physical effort with considerable walking; work requires regular lifting, carrying and pushing of up to seventy five (75) pounds.
